Safety is a core value at Envoy, and we're proud of our desire to provide a safe and healthy work environment for all our employees.

Our Safety Record

An exemplary safety record is one of Envoy’s greatest achievements. Our EMR (Experience Modification Rate) is .67, which is significantly lower than the national average of 1.0. It’s of utmost importance for Envoy to maintain this low rate so that our clients can be confident that we're taking all necessary steps to protect their employees.

Envoy also makes sure its trade partners are operating on the same level of safety and transparency. As part of our pre-qualification criteria, all partners we bring on a project must have an EMR of less than 1.0. 

In 2022, we worked 57,935 hours without an injury recorded. This is a testament to our commitment to safety and our dedication to providing a safe and healthy work environment for all of our employees.

We're committed to being open and transparent about our safety record. We believe that our clients, our employees, and our community have the right to know about our safety performance. That's why we disclose our EMR and injury rates to all project partners. We also encourage our clients to visit our job sites and see for themselves how Envoy’s runs a project, efficiently and correctly.
