In addition, plans include intersection enhancements and the relocation of department headquarters and township offices to an existing, nearby building.
In the spring of 2017, the Sugar Creek Township Fire Department and Envoy broke ground on a new firehouse, Station 42. Construction crews are currently working to complete the interior painting, installation of the elevator cab, the tile work in the bathrooms and lobby, ceiling tiles installation, and staining the concrete floors. On the exterior, as the weather warms, crews will re-mobilize to resume the brick, stone, and siding facade. Full construction is expected to be completed in May.
Envoy is currently in the hiring process for a full-time community manager. This position is expected to be hired in March and will facilitate leasing of the office suites. With construction wrapping-up, interested tenants should sign up for more information at www.ElevateBrownsburg.com and be on the look-out for pre-lease and public open house opportunities.
Elevate Brownsburg is the first project to begin construction in Arbuckle Acres Park.
