Envoy Companies Hires two Industry Veterans; Expand Expertise

INDIANAPOLIS, IN – Envoy Companies is proud to announce the recent hiring of Rich Taylor as Business Development Manager and Mark Burcope as Senior Project Manager. Authorities in their respective industries, the new additions fill integral rolls in the development and construction management process for Team Envoy.

As Business Development Manager, Rich Taylor brings a wealth of knowledge from his experience in the banking industry. Formerly a vice president for the National Bank of Indianapolis, Taylor also served as the President of the Carmel City Center Community Development Corporation. His background in business development, small business lending, and wealth management, coupled with his knowledge of municipal financing tools, will fill an integral role in project development and success.

Taylor received his undergrad degree from Purdue University and earned a master’s in business administration from Butler University in 2017. Taylor is an Indiana native, and resides in Carmel with his wife and young son. He is active in the community and currently serves as the President of the Carmel Clay Board of Parks and Recreation. Taylor also volunteers at Chaucie’s Place and Carmel Rotary.

Mark Burcope joins Envoy as a Senior Project Manager and will manage construction and development for Envoy’s commercial healthcare, office, and mixed-use projects. As a licensed real estate broker and experienced project site leader, he is uniquely qualified to ensure construction projects are on time and on budget.

Burcope is a graduate of Purdue University’s Building Construction Management Program and alumni of the Dale Carnegie Leadership Program. He is a native of Speedway, Indiana and currently resides in Carmel.
